You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods without reason within 10 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Your refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving your return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancelation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example,if goods are faulty. Any goods returned should be unopened, undamaged and in saleable condition. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.
To return an item to us for a refund, just follow these simple steps:
Contact us by email containing information such as your order reference, details of the item/items and quantity you wish to return. Send the item/items to Botanical Soap Therapy, Cuan View, Ballinvalley Lower, Barniskey, Arklow, Y14DK59, Co.Wicklow. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods were faulty.
Faulty/Incorrect goods received
You can always return goods if they are faulty or damaged. We must be notified within 5 working days of any items received damaged or if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent. We will issue a replacement if available of if required by the customer a refund. The cost of returning faulty, damaged or incorrect goods will be reimbursed to the customer.
